-LA ENTREGA DE LLAVES FUE FUERA DEL HORARIO ESTABLECIDO, ESTUVIMOS MAS DE MEDIA HORA ESPERANDO EN LA CALLE, LLEGO UNA PERSONA QUE DESCONOCÍA EL APARTAMENTO Y NOS LO ENSEÑO DE AQUELLA MANERA -MENAJE COCINA y ELEMENTOS DE LIMPIEZA ESCASOS CON CANDADOS EN ZONAS DE ALMACENAJE EXCESIVOS -AIRE ACONDICIONADO CON FALTA DE GAS POR LO QUE NO EXISTÍA -PISCINA CERRADA POR FALTA DE CUIDADOS DESDE HACE AÑO Y MEDIO, se me comunico con dos semanas de antelación como que estaba abierta con deterioro, con imposibilidad de cancelación o búsqueda alternativa

O apartamento é muito espaçoso.

O apartamento está inserido num Prédio já um pouco antigo, a precisar de manutenção em algumas coisas... A piscina não está em condições de se utilizar!

Lovely big apartment with lots of space for our kids to run about. Good location in the lido area with easy bus access to both Camera de Lobos and into Funchal. Quick response from staff to our questions, and helped to arrange airport transfer.

We booked this apartment specifically because it had a pool; however when we got there we discovered a sign in the lift advising against using the pool as it was in a state of disrepair. This hadn't been mentioned to us prior to our stay or on check-in, although the sign had been up for a couple of months. Although staff were quick to respond to any enquiries we had, we also reported broken shutters when we first arrived and these didn't get fixed during our 11 night stay. That bedroom had only a very thin net curtain so was very bright and sometimes noisy.

A person came to welcome us at the apartment, shown all the rooms and explained the rules and what is where. Very friendly and helpful owners. Apartment had everything we needed and even more.

Apartment doesn't have a dedicated parking place. You have to pay the parking fees on your own. Parking is in front of the apartment building, there's almost always a place to park, but you have to pay or install an app and use it to park the car.

Small inconvenience for tall people - low upper edge of the shower

La atención en general fue muy buena. El alojamiento estaba muy equipado y muy limpio. Era bastante amplio.

La piscina necesita mantenimiento, se ve deteriorada. Además, aunque ajeno al alojamiento, al lado hay unas obras muy ruidosas y se escucha mucho ya que las ventanas no aíslan bien.
