Good firm beds. Happy back. Walking distance to a variety of eateries and market. Basically right off the GAP trail. Couldn’t ask for better unless they provided complementary massage and bike cleaning service after a long uphill climb from Cumberland.

Great stay. Excellent for Narure trails, cycling, rafting and Frank Lloyd Wright houses!

Great place, great people.

Limited parking. Room was on 2nd floor so i had to drag my luggage across the lawn then up 2 flights of stairs. Not easy. A/c was outside of bathroom and i couldn't reach to turn it off. I froze getting out of the shower and at night. I had to put the fireplace on.

clean & updated room. good location continental breakfast was not good. no coffee, fresh fruit, muffins,. just cereal , fruit cups , and a few frozen waffles in mini freezer . it was ok because we brought a few breakfast items for ourselves.

We booked through Expedia. They facilitated communication with the property owner. Our stay was during the ‘shoulder’ season, so the whole area was very quiet. The property was clean and comfortable and very convenient to hikes and the Frank Lloyd Wright properties. It wasn’t clear if the self-checkin app was working since the automatic reply was always an error message. An email exchange cleared this up. We were surprised by the continental breakfast: DIY frozen waffles and yogurt. We were expecting something like pastries/fruit/cool cereal. Some individual boxes of cereal would have been nice. Fortunately, the coffee shop across the street opened early and offered some breakfast sandwiches and pastry items. We had enough time to make our scheduled tour at Fallingwater. Great coffee, lovely staff! I’d stay again, but I’d be sure to bring some additional breakfast items. Maybe there are more options in the continental breakfast during the summer season.
