missing light fixture covers. in room coffee maker, but no supplies. checked in at 6pm, but the rooms were still being cleaned...had to request a new room

Vanity light didn’t work. Heat lamp bulb missing in bathroom. Refrigerator unplugged - had to move furniture to plug it in. Coffee maker but no coffee or cups in room. Two coffee makers in lobby, but again no coffee.

Staff are super friendly. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

For a one night stop hotel was difficult to get to. There would be no reason for a longer stay. Check in staff was very charming, friendly and helpful (would do wonderfully in a better location). Staff needs to pay much more attention to cleaning. Would not stay again. The reason for being there was that the better located hotels were either full or way too expensive for what they are (graduation of 2 schools in the area caused room needs).

The facilities were clean and in condition as you would exect for the price point. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Its a motel. Great staff! Dont expect to be blown away but we had a fine stay. Staff really made me feel comfortable and like they cared

Everything was great minus they had no rags or a way to wipe your face. The remote didn’t work, you had to change channels on the direct tv box but overall it was a great stay!
