Booking.com confirmed reservation, and we arrived at 8 PM only to learn that no rooms were available. Clearly, they are selling all they can, not considering third-party booking commitments. Not sure how it is possible, but it looks like it is. Their own reservation system seemed down that evening, too, so I could not find alternatives. Calling a nearby Motel 6 that still showed availability on Booking and Google revealed they were sold out since 3 PM. At that hour, we had no choice but to continue driving all the way home, until 1 AM. Unacceptable! Motel 6 and Studio 6 are permanently off my list!
