Location is superb, staff very attentive, friendly, and helpful in every way. We also really liked the modern look of the apartment and it's facilities.

The bed, especially the pillows, could be a bit more comfortable - mattress was a bit too hard and pillows too small. Noise wise we could hear commotion from other rooms as well as movement in the corridors.

Great location, and the property is clean and well-maintained. The room and bathroom are very spacious. The neighborhood is quiet for a light sleeper like me, yet just a 1-2 minute walk from popular bars and restaurants. The host is very welcoming and actively communicated with us, providing travel information and assistance. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!

Everything is great, Super Host!

Nice quiet room and location is extremely central to everything (even a bullfight 100 yards away). The proprietor, Miguel, is extremely courteous and happy to help. When I arrived, he sent me a very helpful email with local places ranging from simple breakfast fare to more upscale meals, all within a 200 yards of the hotel. This is a great idea that I wish more hotels did, a great time-saver. It was pouring rain when I left and Miguel offered to call a taxi but I had already found a taxi stand 5 minutes up the road at the corner of avenue de la Constitucion and Calle Alemanes. The total time from hotel to train station was 21 minutes, Not bad at all.

Perfect city centre hotel. We were looking for a centrally located hotel hotel and this proved to be perfect for us. Communication from the hotel, via WhatsApp, was excellent. The room was exactly what we wanted, with plenty of plug points for those that need them.

This is by far one of the best stays we have ever had! We travel a lot and find that having a clean place to sleep that is QUIET is priceless.That being said, the staff was wonderful. They couldn't do enough for us and we felt so welcome. Room was cleaned everyday which is an added bonus. The location is beyond perfect. Literally 500 feet from the most beautiful streets and lively areas! It is tucked around the corner and you hear NO NOISE from the streets. Lovely patio to sit and have coffee or read. 5 stars is not enough! Don't hesitate to book, this place is truly a gem. Thank you for an incredible stay!
