Exclusive access to breathtaking sea views (untamed waves crashing on volcanic rocks). Good breakfast menu (à la carte). Friendly staff. Cute kittens roaming around. Functional wifi.

Very cheap construction, already wearing out despite being built c. 3 years ago. Tiny rooms with no chair/desk and insufficient storage. Extreme humidity in every room (we visited in January); inadequate lighting; no heating at all or AC (there is a fan); terrible sewage odours and no ventilation in bathrooms; clogged showers prone to flooding; fixtures in disrepair. Check-in was a disaster. When we arrived at the property at 10:30pm, all lights were off, all staff members were gone, and there was no mobile network to call for help. After we finally managed to contact the management team, it took an hour for them to send an employee with the room keys. Daily room cleaning is light touch, and the accidental toothpaste mark on the shower wall remained unclean for a week. At breakfast, orange juice is industrial - which is very disappointing for a self-proclaimed “Boutique Eco-Hotel” and while Tenerife produces high-quality oranges all year round. While the sea view is impressive, the agricultural land surrounding the hotel mostly consists of run down greenhouses and torn plastic canvas covers.

位置有点偏，但是景色也很特别，海很壮观，酒店设计也很美，很多景观适合拍照。

It was a divine experience on so many levels - the facilities, the atmosphere, fine dining, super friendly staff and the obvious winner - the spectacular view! Amazing!

Die Lage ist unvergesslich

Das Restaurant war getrennt vom Hotel und leider nicht gut. Ebenso war das Frühstück nicht angemessen, bei einem Eco Hotel hätten wir mehr Bioprodukte erwartet. Der eine Kellner zum Frühstück war freundlich aber völlig überfordert.

Tolle Lage am Meer (welches allerdings sehr laut ist :-), mitten in einer schönen Grünanlage. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Die Prozesse beim Frühstück sind suboptimal, alles braucht sehr viel Zeit. Vermutlich wird zu wenig Personal eingesetzt. Im Zimmer gibt es zu wenig Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Kleider.

Sehr sympathisches Hotel, unglaubliche Lage, toller Pool (wenngleich nicht beheizt), das angebotene Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut und reichhaltig, und die Musik vom Beach Club war auch nicht störend. Das andauernde Rauschen der Wellen übertönt ohnehin alles. Man ist zum Abendessen ein bisschen auf das Restaurant vor Ort angewiesen, das war aber hinsichtlich der Auswahl und des Service auch zufrieden stellend.

Was man wissen sollte: man braucht unbedingt ein Auto, und rund um das Hotel ist eigentlich sonst nichts los. Das hat uns aber wirklich nicht gestört. Das dauernde Rauschen der Wellen (zu mindestens zu der Jahreszeit, den wir da waren) muss man halt mögen.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is amazing , the atmosphere is comfortable, and everything was just perfect. But most importantly — the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful, always ready to assist. Thank you very much for your service, we would be happy to come back again!
