I do like the location of the hotel with surrounding amenities.

The way the staff treats us like a beggar during check out is so disgusting. They forfeited our deposit just because of some tiny water mark on the bedsheet. And the staff lying to us about the daily bedsheet changing but being caught red-handed not changing it at all during our 3D2N stay. They told us to pay 150000 rupiah for the cleaning of the bedsheet with some watermarks on it. They insist that the condition of the towel and bedsheet must be the same before and after stay without any spots. Not going to repeat this hotel again.
