Hotel Masia Can Farres is a renovated family home which is spacious, beautiful, tasteful, artistic and peaceful place to stay and a short 25 minute drive to MontSerrat. You will drive a gravel road to reach the gated entrance but know that this is correct. The staff who we met, Corinne and Carolina, were amazingly welcoming and helpful. Our room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast which is included was delicious. The setting is incredible with MontSerrat out the back windows and surrounded by the owner's almond orchards. Lots of opportunities to relax outside. The air is fresh. the hotel itself has many unique and interesting artistic features. We toured neighboring Collabata at Corinne's recommendation and found it to be historical and local. Great grocery store Bonpreu close-by for stocking up on our road travel needs.

Nothing. We highly recommend this hotel near Montserrat if you have a car. We felt very taken care of during our stay. It is simply lovely.

The place is not just amazing, it’s breathtaking. Both inside and outside. The most charming romantic location with Montserrat mountains in the backdrop. The hotel is family owned, and every little detail is thought through to the end degree. The service is highly personal, they actually make you feel a part of their family. I won’t describe every little thing I liked about it, because it’ll take a few pages. Just book it and enjoy.
