Que los huéspedes no respetan, y tuve un problema con una huésped por despertarnos a todo el piso a las 6am , y no hay nadie quien ponga orden, ahí es un hotel no es un bar para poner música, hacer fiestas, ruido, y encima, se la pasaron azotando las puertas a propósito

"MUCHÍSIMO POLVO"

La ubicación. En cuanto pase la primera noche sin dormir a consecuencia del polvo me puse en contacto telefónico y me dieron una muy buena atención, intentando solucionar en la medida de lo posible y muy atentas todos los días con una rápida respuesta. Limpiaron mi habitación de nuevo, quitaron el polvo y pasaron por agua las cortinas (sin jabón ni suavizante, ya que no olían a nada pero se notaba que habían pasado al menos por la lavadora). A la cocina no pude volver a entrar durante mi estancia ya que nadie limpió el polvo del ventilador que está en marcha día y noche debajo de la nevera (adjunto foto).

Había MUCHÍSIMO polvo. Soy alérgica y me pasé los 5 días que no estuve en Madrid muy malita a consecuencia del polvo del ventilador de la cocina que está encendido 24/7 y en la habitación. Además, sin poder tomar medicación porque estoy embarazada y pasé dos noches sin dormir de la crisis de alergia. Muy mal. Las zonas comunes (baño) no lo limpian a diario, sino cada 2/3 días. Había otras personas muy sucias que dejaban el baño que daba miedo entrar.
