"No Air-conditioning in these properties"

Location, cleanliness

no air conditioning, despite being advertised as having air conditioning. Tried to contact the administration to request a move to an air conditioned apartment as we had reserved, however all communications have been ignored. Even post the stay, the hosts have not responded to any communications.

"Poor customer service and no clean bedding"

No clean bedding during the 14 night stay, nobody came near the apartments at all. I messaged during the stay and got no reply

Location

There 8 days with no cleaning or towel change although states would happen every couple of days. Jacuzzi available for 15 euro per day extra although no mention of this when booking

Great apartment .. very central, clean and comfortable.. loved the views from the balcony and the hot tub made it extra special. Booked again for August

"Lovely apartments with fantastic sunrise and sunsets."

The apartments are in a good location with stunning sunrise and sunset views. Clean with a comfy bed and we liked the separate kitchen. Good value too.

Shower had both a rainfall head and a lower flexible head. We couldn’t get it to switch to the full head and the pressure on the other was very low. The hot tub was great but too full so spilled over all the time, meaning the walkway to the gate was constantly wet. Other than that we loved it.
