Atlántico Plaza Apartments

Location was very good and apartment size was good

Shower was broken No sun on the balcony morning or night

Spacious apartment, fabulous view from terrace, fairly well equipped, near a supermarket, central in Puerto del Carmen.

Some kitchen items missing e.g. chopping board, tea towel and no toiletries.

Property facilities. Lot of broken items eg towel rails, door hangers. No pillow protectors used. Bathroom showers could be cleaner, taps etc. shower water leaks onto floor’ Kitchen facilities were fine but no egg cups, no dishwasher! No pool and jacuzzi wasn’t clean.

Lovely views and apartment was good and well situated for shops and restaurants. No problems with cleanliness but there was a terrible smell in the main bathroom coming from the shower drain and in the en-suite the shower didn’t drain properly and overflowed first time we used it. Also there was a wholesaler below main bedroom with noise from 6am onwards

Very modern apartment, spotlessly clean and very close to the strip. Really enjoyed. Check in and out was very smooth. Would definitely go back. Thank you

We stayed in January so not a big deal that there is no pool but that might be an issue for travellers in the summer.

Very spacious and comfortable. Great bathrooms and showers. We were 2 couples who thought we'd booked a 2 bed, 1 bathroom apartment. When we checked in using the key safe (really easy process and good communication) we found we had a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Having the extra bathroom was great. Location was really good. 5 mins from the strip and the El Kiosko bar and our bike hire shop was also 5 mins away (Bike Sensations).

There wasn't a swimming pool which may bother some but not us!
