Hôtel très bien situé, au cœur de Madrid, avec plusieurs stations de métro à proximité, facilitant les déplacements.

Rien de particulier.

it’s a good location and the price is good. Realistically it probably is more of a hostel than hotel but the rooms are fine if you just need somewhere to sleep. i would suggest bringing ear plugs and covering your nose in the lift as it smells of smoke and BO

my biggest issue wasn’t the hotel itself but the people we shared a floor with, unfortunately they treated the shared bathrooms like their own private bathrooms leaving dirty towels just laying around, things in the toilets and not cleaning mess up out of the sinks. I understand this is the price you pay for booking somewhere with shared facilities but it unfortunately ruined it for us and then our last night new people stayed and they spent all night running up and down the halls and smoking in the hallways and bathrooms. we asked them to keep it down to which we were ignored and they were then even louder. it’s fine as long as your sharing with people who understand the definition of respect…

Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilft bei allen Fragen. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage war die Lautstärke ok. Die Gemeinschaftsräume werden täglich gereinigt.

Leider gab es an den kühlen Tagen nur Decken ohne Überzug. Teilweise waren mehrere Badezimner defekt. Die Gäste schafften es häufig nicht, die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber zu hinterlassen.

La ubicación es excepcional, ubicado en la principal vialidad de Madrid. Muy cerca de los barrios y sitios turistico de gran interes. Gran parte de las vacaciones se pueden hacer caminando desde el hotel.
