Micampus Salamanca Student Residence

The room was clean, the location is excellent for visiting the University of Salamanca, and the air conditioning worked well during the heat wave. The gentleman who checked me in was courteous, professional and helpful.

My experience was deeply disappointing because of the way my departure was handled by two reception employees. Before booking, I visited the residence in person because I was looking for accommodation until July 12, the date of my flight. Since it was my first time using Booking.com, I asked whether I could book directly at reception. I was instructed to make the reservation through the Booking platform. I also explained that I initially wanted to book only a few days and then extend my stay. I was told this would likely be possible because most students would already have left and another room could be assigned if necessary. Following those instructions, I booked from June 22 to June 26. During my stay, I observed that the residence was largely empty. On June 26, while I was working remotely and participating in an important professional legal hearing, a maintenance employee knocked on my door and informed me that reception said I had to leave that day. I explained that I had already informed reception of my intention to extend my stay and that there must be a misunderstanding. When I tried to leave my room, I discovered that my access card had already been deactivated without any prior notice. At reception, I calmly reminded them of our previous conversation. Instead of offering a solution or checking whether another room was available, I was repeatedly told to leave immediately because another guest would arrive at 3:00 p.m. I was given approximately 30 minutes to vacate the room, while my belongings remained inside and my room access had already been blocked. Throughout the entire situation, I remained respectful. I never raised my voice or refused to cooperate. No alternative room or extension was offered, despite the information I had received when I arrived. During my stay, I also witnessed arguments and disrespectful interactions between members of the staff, which reflected a concerning working environment.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. El personal de recepción muy amable. Línea de autobús (4) cerca para ir al centro, aunque también se puede ir andando (menos de 25 minutos para llegar a la Plaza Mayor).

Me hubiera gustado que la cama fuera un poquito más grande (yo mido 1,93 y entraba bastante justito).

Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y las recepcionistas de la noche fueron encantadoras.

Había unos pelos de cabeza oscuros en una esquina del baño.

Está bien nuevo el mobiliario y eso

La escobilla estaba medio rota, y no hay para lavar la vajilla, el resto ok

Me encanta este sitio me quedo allí cuando viajo por mas de un dia a Salamanca por mi máster

El último viaje habia mucho ruido pq tenían una fiesta de estudiantes .
