Close to centre and bus stop, spacious and new-ish furniture. Friendly staff.
Dirty toilet and rubbish on the floor. I had to change to another room which also had dirty toilet. Yuck! The cleaner must have done a very bad job that day. Hot water in the shower is lukewarm and took forever to warm up. Because I had to change to another room which is for disabled people and has no shower walls, water was everywhere when I showered. A disaster! Kitchen is there but no kettle or cups or mugs/plates etc - what’s the point of having the kitchen?

Un edificio nuevo con todas las prestaciones que se pueden esperar y mas. Recepcion 24 horas, maquina de cafe y refrescos. Baño privado, cocina y frigorifico en la habitacion, conexion ethernet, usb en el cabecero de la cama, todo lo que puedas necesitar y mas.

Jamás vi nada igual: / debajo tapón fregadero lleno de asquerosidad restos de comida Baño abrí el cajón del mueble y está lleno de pelos largos negros y bastoncillo oídos Hacía frío y no funcionaba el aire acondicionado El colmo, éramos 3 personas, íbamos a ducharnos y NO HABÍA AGUA CALIENTE JAMÁS HE TENIDO UNA EXPERIENCIA SIMILAR. Aún con el asco en el cuerpo. Y pensar que allí hay alumnos todo el Curso!!! Confío que ellos sean mejor tratados

It's great when you want to see the city and you travell alone/small group. If I would be a student nowdays, I definatelly want to stay here. Rooms are basically apartments with small kitchen and bathroom. In the building there are lots of coworking and quite places. also

Comfortable, clean, close to the city center (everything is close in Salamaca), very close to the main bus station, has a public transport station very close. Great staff, great facilities, there is a washroom with ironing boards accessible. Also good Wi-fi!
