Size good and clean.

Very hot no air conditioning or fans. Basic offering in kitchen with no drying cloth. No welcome pack is bottle of water on arrival. Noisy till early hours as had to open windows to try and get air! Don’t know what happened to breakfast that was offered???

Struttura pulita, accogliente, curata. Abbiamo apprezzato la colazione abbondante servita direttamente davanti alla porta della camera la mattina presto (unica pecca, non si può scegliere i prodotti da inserire nella box). Assistenza clienti rapida e efficace.

Mancanza di un canovaccio per poter asciugare i piatti una volta lavati, facilmente risolvibile con l’uso della lavastoviglie.

"Great location and good assistance"

Position is great, since it is in between the more touristic center, and the more down to earth local barrios. You’re quickly everywhere. The breakfast service in boxes works fine. Communication over social media and email with staff was effective.

separate bathroom and shower would be more convenient, since it holds up to six people. Also, the unit with open spaces and mezzanine is the lesser choice compared to one with two bedrooms and the sofa in the living room. If you receive advice for a parking garage, make sure the car fits, for instance, if you travel with a big van. Can get a bit noisy at night if your hotel neighbors continue the fiesta on the staircase in the patio 😄

El tema del check in que hay que llenar muchos datos y el tema del acceso con códigos que no funcionaban muy bien .
