Location was fantastic between old and new town, parking few minutes walk from the hotel at Arenal. Reception was really friendly and check-in/out easy, good size room lovely bathroom and very clean. Good value.

Air con turned itself off after a while so had to keep putting back on during night but a minor thing

O hotel encontra-se super bem localizado. Os quartos são do tamanho suficiente para tornar a estadia confortável. A cama era bastante confortável. O senhor da recepção foi super amável.

Numa das noites havia bastante barulho de outros hóspedes, mas o hotel não tem como evitar.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, explaining all I needed to know about both about the hotel and the city. The room was spacious and the bed super comfy. The bathroom was great - plenty of room, light and airy and a fantastic shower. It was a pretty peaceful space to stay. The hotel is close to the old town and about a 15 minute walk to the Guggenheim museum along the river.

Great location, easy to reach all the major attractions on foot & reasonably priced. Good showers, decent speed wifi and comfortable mattresses

Two main issues 1) Not great for light sleepers. The hotel rooms are on the first floor and stick out over a covered cloister / walkway which has a bar and restaurant on the ground floor. The noise from those along with the playground in the plaza echo along it and the rooms don't have good enough sound insulation to block it out. We found this VERY annoying. 2) It had those "sausage" pillows on our double bed - long tube pillows that cover both sides of the bed. Whilst these look good in photos, if you're both very different sleepers and move around a lot those *really* don't work very well. Single pillows (or at least the option to request them) would have been appreciated

Zeer goed gelegen, met (betalende) publieke parking vlakbij. Gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Ideaal gelegen, centraal tussen Guggenheim, de oude en de nieuwe stad (alles op wandelafstand)
