All of the staff were very friendly and all had a smile for you. Very helpful. Asked for top up water and tea bags etc, no problem.

"Muy buena ubicación."

El desayuno muy bien, pero no disponían de leche vegetal, y esperábamos que nos explicaran cómo funcionaba la carta, no llegamos a saber qué incluía exactamente el desayuno, pero lo que tomamos estaba muy bueno.

La situación de nuestra habitación, se oía todo lo que pasaba en la barra y en el restaurante. Es lo que no nos gustó de la estancia.

We wilde graag ontbijten om 9.00 er was niemand te zien . De deuren stonden open . het was er ontzettend koud en donker. de volgende dag weer geprobeert. toen hadden we wel ontbijt . het duurde lang voor een kopje koffie .

het ontbijt viel tegen . Yoghurt met fruit en honing gevraagt. Heel weinig yoghurt , veel granola met nog meer honing. dit was niet echt lekker. laten staan .In de ontbijtrestaurantje was het donker en heel koud. De bedden zijn te smal . De badkamer prima, maar ook veel kalken viezigheig in de douche bij de randen. schimmel . Niet echt schoon. Ook in de slaapkamer bij aankomst heel erg koud. Kortom ons verblijf viel tegen . De eigenaar arrogant .

La situación en el pueblo de altea.

La comunicación con el hostal, no contestan a llamadas ni correos y llegamos al hostal y gracias a Booking que nos dió una respuesta porque por parte del hotel ni contestan ni devuelven las llamadas.

Ubicación, la mezcla de bar con hotel le da un touch muy bueno. Cama cómoda, buena presión de agua y el desayuno muy correcto, ingredientes de calidad
