Hôtel très très propre, personnel à l’écoute, gentil, lieu calme, admirablement bien situé en plein cœur de Madrid et le confort est plus que nécessaire. Petit déjeuner que nous avons trouvé très bon.

La lumière de l’écran de la clim qui brille fort la nuit plus une petite lumière du détecteur de fumée.

Excellent location, absolutely! We got a clean and nice room. Towels changed daily.

This grumpy young lady at the reception can behave a bit more polite and welcoming to customers and also we didn't get a sandwich on the go considering we paid the breakfast but left before 8:30. However, the day before she denied me to come to breakfast at 8:20 explaining me that breakfast starts at 8:30..not quiet nice. Other than that, awesome location and very good room!

Me hubiera gustado una cama un poco más grande No me gustó que me cobraran 4 euros para guardarme el equipaje porque la habitación no estava lista
