Easy parking, schetchy neighborhood. Room not clean, carpet very dirty. No coffee

Nice room, until the chain lock on the door would not unlock and we were trapped in the room. Luckily someone heard us yelling and was able to pop the door open. Called the office multiple times to only find out no one is there until after 3pm when check out was 11am

I’m generally an optimistic person, and can find the best in any situation. However, I can’t leave a positive review for this place. Our room & bathroom didn’t look like the picture at all. It was awful. Mould / damp / dust everywhere, stains on the bedding. My allergies were so badly set off by it all, I struggled to breathe. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. We had to buy a blanket and sleep on that because everywhere else was full and I was told earlier this place was fully booked too, so I guess we were stuck with the room. Oh also, on top of it all, the cold tap didn’t work. Can’t even say it’s a good price because I wouldn’t have paid half of that for this room had I known the condition. I took pictures of everything for proof so I can get a refund, and count myself lucky the pictures don’t have the smell.

Check-in was easy and smooth. Parking was easy. The room was clean and average in amenities.

The hotel clerk was super-friendly, the room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable basic accommodations. Plenty of parking and staff couldn’t be friendlier. I would stay here again.

Parking was right in front of room. Windows in the room had indications of mold. Beds were barely adequate. AC worked but it smelled musty and added to the allergy issues experienced in the room.
