La habitación está vez me gustó mucho,el trato del personal,el desayuno,la limpieza y el entorno.

El agua termal no estaba caliente como debe de estarlo en un spa,el propio espacio y los accesos estaban también fríos. Tuve la garganta un poco afectada por éste hecho y tenía que nadar constantemente para entrar en calor y aún así,tenía la piel de gallina. Es muy desagradable entrar en la piscina termal y tener frío y andar por los pasillos, con la misma sensación.
