cleaniliness..staff and location

bathroom wash basin was small and water spills on floor. Bath tub water fluah was coming outside and wettimg the floor.

L'emplacement est très bien et les chambres sont belles et propres. Le personnel est très gentil, on a pu déposer nos bagages pour aller nous balader en attendant le check-in. Encore un grand merci à Lam et Hang 🙏

The room that i get so huge with balcony bathub and the city view is amazing😘🌸

Well maybe just improve a little bit about the food because they all mostly the meat using pork which is i don't eat,so in the future maybe next time include chicken saussage and chicken ham😉other wise just great

Stanza bellissima, grande,accessoriata e spaziosa. Bagno super con cabina doccia enorme.

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, besonders Nguyetanh und Phuong haben sich sehr engagiert um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Tolle große Dusche und bequemes Bett.

Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas abseits, aber dafür recht ruhig.

I have traveled to many places around the world — Asia, Europe, and the USA — but I have never received such wonderful hospitality anywhere else. There were two very helpful staff members, Tam and Hang, who assisted us and made our stay extremely pleasant. We received all the information we needed, and everything was simply fantastic.
