The staff were very courteous

The room was far too small. You literally had about 1 foot to walk around the bed. We were travelling around Vietnam for just over a month and we had 2 large suitcases. There wasn't anywhere to store the cases without being in the way. When you had a shower you came out into a space without a door to dry yourself within the bedroom. After 15 minutes we asked to change rooms as we were staying for 4 nights. We were told that there were not any other rooms available! We found another hotel for around two thirds of the price. When I asked for a refund I was told that company policy states no refunds. We were then told that the manager had agreed to show us another room!! We had already paid the new hotel so we left without a refund!! If they were so busy as they originally told us they would of then sold our room again. I would advise unless you are staying one night steer clear of this hotel. MONEYGRABBERS

Beim Frühstück wurde manchmal was falsches zum Tisch gebracht. Daher empfehle ich mit Nummern zu arbeiten.

We loved our stay at the Estrella Hotel! Huong welcomed us warmly and gave us a very good rundown on all that the hotel could offer us. We felt like family staying there - the staff were very attentive and did everything they could to make our stay a special one. The hotel is well located and it was easy to find all we needed within a short walking distance. Lovely rooftop pool with fab views and breakfast included was delicious. All the staff were great but in particular Huong, Nguyet and Dad.
