The location.

This was by far the biggest disappointment of all the hotels we stayed at. Firstly, we asked for help organising a car but never received any response. Our room was also not cleaned — we were told it was because we hadn’t pressed the correct button, which isn’t true. The button didn’t work, and we had also left the cleaning request tag. The most frustrating part was the room arrangement. We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 6, clearly listed in the booking), yet we were given a room with only one bed. This has never happened to us before. When I spoke to reception, I was told we needed to pay an extra 600,000 VND for an additional bed, despite our reservation clearly including all of us. To make matters worse, we were travelling in a group of 21 people. One family paid 600,000 VND less than us and received a much larger, better room, while another family paid 600,000 VND more and got a proper family room with breakfast included — which would have been understandable. The inconsistency was very frustrating. Additionally, the bathroom setup offers zero privacy, as the toilet and shower are separated only by glass.
