"Never reserve a room in this motel!"

I booked a room at this hotel, but when I arrived, the staff wouldn't let me in and told me over the phone that they didn't have any available rooms. Despite this, they didn't cancel my Booking.com reservation. Furthermore, they continued to offer available rooms on Booking.com, misleading more and more people. They responded to my written messages with the same, automated, meaningless message over and over again.

"BOOKING>COM stuffed the booking"

Travelled 25 minute on Grab only to get there at 10pm and be told that HOTEL WAS FULL. YOUR system stuffed up I WANT A REFUND. Booking.com sent a confirmation which I sowed at the hotel and I was turned away
