Triệu Vũ Hotel & Apartment

I didn’t like it at all, we left one day earlier. The only thing that was good was parking under the hotel.

Both the entrance door to the room and the door of the toilet were not possible to close, there was always a hole between the frame and the door, so it was really uncomfortable. The bed was uncomfortable, too. It was quite cold and we really wanted to heat the room a little bit, also we were wet. But the air condition didn’t work. There wasn’t TV. And the bathroom… a really small place, shower next to the toilet and if you wanted just wash your hands, the water flew under the washbasin on your legs. People at the hotel were really nice, but, as I said, we left after one night.

I tried to give them a chance to stay one more night, I asked to clean the room, and absolutely nothing had done. I left the glass standing up and they just turned it upside down without washing anything. The sheets were not changed and the stains were still there.

Old hotel. The room was dirty, the cleaner didn't seem to change the blanket and bed sheets, I even saw semen stains on the blanket, the cups were dirty beyond words, ...The toilet has a broken drain somewhere. Sometimes when I go to the toilet, I can see a very foul smell coming out ... The fridge broken, didn't work.

Location is good. Helpful staff, moped hire, good service. We upgraded to the family room, with window at the front, which was ok value for money.

Wouldn't recommend the rooms without windows, a little small and grabby.

ok beware of they will charge all arising thing. Just staying that is it

Too soft bed- They charge more for car rental

I stayed 1 night in Buon Ma Thuot. Staff was helpful and friendly, accommodation has a good location too.
