it is clean, the resort as such like on the pictures is very nice, the room is nice, spacious and clean.

The location is the reason why we left after 1 night. Loud vecause it is next to a highway and the train tracks are close by as well. You hear the noise all night long! Breakfast was a joke for the price of the night in Vietnam.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the grounds and suites were beautiful and well maintained. Also we were driven by the resort employees to our next stop which was an hour or two away. A little side note, my suite had a soaker tub in it, probably my favorite the thing about my whole stay besides the in house massages.

The only thing I can think of would be that the area around the pool becomes very slick when wet. I was traveling with children, so there were a couple slips and falls. If there would be a way to roughen the surface a bit, it would be perfect.

Mitarbeiter sehr nett und aufmerksam. Lage Top. Sehr sauber.

Der Shuttleservice über das Hotel hat nicht gut funktioniert, beim Hinflug hatten wir zwar eine Stunde Verspätung aber das hat sich dann alles schon sehr lange gezogen. Bei der Abreise habe wir extra mehr für einen kleinen Bus mit mehr Platz gezahlt und haben einen großen mit 20 Leuten bekommen…

Tolles Hotel mit super sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Zimmern. Besonders die Poolanlage lädt zum Verweilen ein. Es gibt Fahrräder, die man sich ausleihen kann, um die Gegend zu erkunden und ins Zentrum zu radeln.

Hele fijne plek om iets langer te verblijven. Lekker zwembad en genoeg te zien in de omgeving

Wij vonden de ligging prima. Je fietst zo naar Tam Coc maar het ligt ietsje buiten de bezienswaardigheden
