Property is nice but needs more cleaning when it comes to the bedrooms as dirty towels were left in the room twice of our stay

It was really disappointing as I heard good reviews about the property, birthday plans were made in advance and nothing was achieved which we had to keep chasing them to get it done, spa was booked and kept cancelling the timing to suit them even tho when booked they said time was free. Food from the hotel wasn’t great meat was hard might as well order grab as far as will we come back it’s a no from us , I saw many more better hotels to go to

"Idyllic peaceful resort with clean facilities and great staff"

Very peaceful and well maintained resort, lovely pool area and the room had a large comfy bed and was very clean. Staff always on hand and arranged my SUV to the resort, a fantastic day tour and bus to Cat Ba on check out. Breakfast and alcohol prices both fine.

Little bit isolated and off a main road but nothing a grab scooter can’t sort
