The Residence Resort & Villas Phu Quoc

Villa was very nice, we were the first guests there! We got a free upgrade to the 4 bedroom villa with the private pool. Still paid for the extra person. Breakfasts are so good, big variaty of food, main fishes were different everyday. There is very nice mart right in front of our villa, its very convenient if you stay with your family, so you can have fresh exotic fruits everyday Butler team was super helpful and helped us arrange a buggy every day since the location was quite far from breakfast and beach! They always responded to us fast. We enjoyed our stay at TR apart and will definitely recommend it to our friends

Since accommodation is quite new you can feel the smell of construction and some doors and walls were still dusty Also location was quite far from beach, but it's not a big deal cuz hotel offer free buggy service to go to the nearest locations and bring you back Too many floors, we had 3-floor-villa, and after staying there for 4 days i realized how tired i am going up and down every time to the 3rd floor We saw lizard in our villa one time, that scared my wife to the death, but I guess those are everythere you go. You should stay on water villa to avoid them

The villa overall is great, very fresh and new. The operational team has been excellent too, I would like to thank Quoc , Viet , Tung , Duy , Jay for making our stay exceptional. Quoc has been the most helpful along the stay, being able to assist our needs and arrangements. The villa location is good too, convenient to get along and pretty quiet, even though it is still some construction going nearby. The breakfast was decent too, we were delighted to receive a BBQ grill to cook our own food during dinner time. Thanks for that! Housekeeping was kept at a good level and we are very satisfied with the cleaning provided.

There are several maintenance issues that we hope could get fixed: 1. No mirror in one of the bedrooms on the third floor. None in the bathroom or bedroom, which makes it really uncomfortable. I guess you could at least place it near the desk area. 2. Water pressure on the third floor is really weak and sometimes makes it challenging taking a shower in the evening. Hope you could have it fixed. 3. The noise from the technical room on the first floor is too loud. Add some noise cancelling to that area. My JBL Bluetooth speaker went missing on the villa after a few days of the stay and I don’t blame the villa staff for stealing, but have doubts that it might have been taken by the construction workers around the facility. In such situation it would be good to have some monitoring around the villa territory, since it is really easy to access for strangers. 4. I also think it would be good to add a safety box in the bedrooms, currently there is none. With many tourists bringing cash and valuable items and limited monitoring, it makes it really easy to steal. 5. The drop-off service was late almost half an hour, not a big problem for us, but hope you could avoid it in the future. If the guests booked for 9:30, the car should be standing by at least since 9:25.

My family and I booked a stay at TR Apart Villas, a new resort, because we found the design to be charming and wanted to experience it. The villa room was beautiful, everything was new, the restaurant area was not yet ready when I arrived, the resort made up for it by offering us a buffet breakfast at Andochine restaurant. We also got to share the pool and beach with Andochine. Since the resort is new, there aren’t many plants yet, but the staff were friendly and there was a butler service, which was different from other places I’ve stayed at in Phu Quoc. I will definitely come back.
