Nice place for a good price. Sheets had a stain but besides that very nice

NOT 8.6/10! This place at best 2/10! No lamp shade on the lamp between the beds, the USB outlets in the lamp do not work, Sheetrock has visible damage that hasn’t been repaired, TV has no signal, steel bathroom fixtures are rusted, water damage stains on the ceiling, no sink in the bathroom, it’s at the foot of the bed area. Noisy and on a street corner, parking for large SUV or Truck is impossible here, you have to park out front with your vehicle blocking part of the sidewalk. Floors are spongy on the third floor, you can feel it flexing under your feet. Paint is peeling everywhere outside.

Was perfect for an overnight stay to enjoy a night out. Will be my first choice on my next visit.

It's in a great location—a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Some areas could use some updates, but overall, it's a nice place!

C'est vieux et l'entretien des lieux laisse à désirer, des odeurs autant dans les cages d'escaliers que dans les chambres.. j'ai dû prendre des gravol pour le mal de cœur. Le responsable, heureusement il était là à notre arrivée.. ensuite il a complètement disparu, aucun personnel le reste de notre séjour. On s'est fait conseiller un restaurant qui était fermé, alors on est sorti de la ville. La télé ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Bref, c'était de loin le pire choix d'hôtels que nous avons fait, je ne le recommande pas du tout.

First time to Hampden Beach, but I was pleasantly surprised by this facility. Turns out there are several little "beach motels" in the area, but the Ways Motel provided me with a great value. AK at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly, solving a minor issue I was having with a prompt and efficient response. The hotel steps away from the ocean and close to several bars and restaurants. This place should definitely be on your radar screen if you visit the area!
