The rooftop pool was great. 4 min walk to a beautiful clean beach. Wait staff was friendly as can be. Next door was a great Chinese restaurant. Was so happy to stay here. I will be back!!

We liked the rooftop pool and the beds were comfortable. Supposedly the rooms had been renovated but there was no hair dryer in our room and the front desk people did not believe me when I told them that there was no hair dryer in our room. Also, the toilet was filthy, there was urine saturating the crack where the seat is and there was urine all over the floor all around the bottom of the toilet bowl along with big clumps of long hair. We got charged $30 a day for housekeeping but got no housekeeping while we stayed, and received the room dirty. I hope they use our $30 a day fee to clean it better for the next customers.

"Nice stay!"

Owners are very welcoming and friendly. This is an older property that has been renovated recently. It is a basic property, about a 5 minute walk to the beach, clean and comfortable. Certainly not high end, if that’s what you’re looking for. Blackout curtains in the rooms would be appreciated.

Absolutely AMAZING time for our entire family. Located just a short 5 minute walk to Hampton Beach. Private on site parking. Beautifully renovated rooms with very comfortable beds. Great AC too! They have a super clean roof top pool which was a hit with the kids. Quiet, comfortable and easy in/out. Pride of ownership shows throughout this motel. The owners keep it it tip top condition. Can’t wait to return!

The rooms were clean and we could walk barefoot. Nice decor with everything looked new. Had a great time at the pool which was on the rooftop. We met both husband and wife and the student and they all made us feel at home. Will definitely recommend and visit again!
