Room was very spacious and clean with huge windows allowing plenty of natural light. AC worked very well and the shower had good pressure and temperature regulation.

Breakfast did not live up to expectation. Food was warm at best and not many options to choose from. Front desk staff could brush up on customer service skills.

Location, very central in the town.

Breakfast was not as good as other hotels we had stayed at during our holiday in Vietnam.

Great location and centrally located almost in the middle of city with a nice cafe and spa inside. Rooms are massive, spacious and clean enough. Higher floors get good view of the city and sometimes clouds in the mountains. Breakfast was decent, gets a bit busier as it's a big hotel. P.S - it's a small remote city so language barrier is there but people are nice and helpful, keep your translator handy 😉

Housekeeping services could be a bit slow and takes time to bring stuff i.e iron which was all burnt and couldn't be used but not a deal breaker
