The location was lovely, quiet and peaceful and the staff were really kind and welcoming.

Sadly our room had a leak from the upstairs toilet which dripped dirty toilet water onto our toilet. It took us a day to work out what the leak was, which had been there since we arrived. When we asked to change rooms, they moved us next door, but another couple moved into that room just a couple of hours later and I'm certain the leak wasn't fixed. I'm certain they knew about the leak before we arrived. Don't go to room 4!

Our hosts were very welcoming and even invited us to have dinner with them, as well as cooking us breakfast each morning .They arranged bicycles for us to explore the countryside. The location is fantastic, an easy bike ride to Trang An, Tam Coc and Mua mountain. Good value for money.

Quiet and beautiful location a few kilometers from the busy and noisy Tam Coc. Rooms were spacious and simple. Bicycles were available for free to explore the beautiful surroundings. The owners were very kind and extremely helpful to find something we had lost on our way. Communication was a bit challenging, but google translate was a good help.

The homestay is in a quiet location, on a side street, so it's in a very tranquil environment. It is still close to restaurants, and all the attractions. The rooms are minimalistic but comfortable, you have everything that you need, the beds were good, we slept well. The hostess and her husband are super charming, they prepared breakfast for us every day, and it was sooo delicious. The coffee as well! They lent us 2 bicycles for free, so this way it was easy to discover the area by ourselves, both Tam Coc and Trang An boat tours, Hua Lu and Hang Mua was easily reachable by bike. They also arranged us the bus to go to our next destination, with a free pickup by taxi! Incredibly helpful and lovely hosts, thank you very much!

Perfect location if you wanna climb the Mua Cave (mountain) steps, take a boat trip on the Trang An river, or visit the old quarter in Tan Thanh, as it's everything within reach with a bicycle (which they offered free of charge) or short cab ride. The staff and owner were nice enough. The bed was fine. Room decently clean and spacious. Aircon worked well.

The staff was absent at times. The facility is quite average or even below average for the area and pricing. The swimming pool looked dirty to the point we didn't swim (it was July, so we really wanted to). Breakfast was just OK, an egg sandwich, coffee, and mango (because we requested it), but it was quite sour. The bathroom was very small and bare; no handsoap, only sachets for shampoo and body wash. We stayed one night and booked last minute, so I guess it was alright, but there's better around for similar prices.
