New World Hoiana Beach Resort

The Hoiana complex is absolutely huge. Saying that it never felt overcrowded. The pool area is lovely with ×2 slides which my kids loved. Breakfast was delicious as was food in the Beach Bar and the Italian restaurant. Both nights we were the only ones in the restaurant. It was empty!  The staff in the Beach Bar and the Italian restaurant were absolutely lovely. Danny in reception was so helpful. The room and interiors are very stylish. 

The hotel is absolutely huge but feels like there isn't anyone around. It lacks atmosphere @ feels soulless especially the evenings. Personally I prefer a smaller hotel. This hotel feels like a corporate hotel. There was a corporate event on while we were there and some of the hotel was shut off.  There is a huge casino. Its far from anything but the hotel do provide a shuttle and taxis are available.  We had a double bed which was quite small for 2 adults and 1 child. Go for a twin room. We did pay extra for a comforable extra bed for the second child.  Visually beautiful hotel inside, staff were fantastic but felt corporate @ not our family holiday vibe at all.

Loved everything here for the kids and adults. Plenty of pools, slides, the beach, activities, kids club, restaurants, bars and a casino. A shuttle service to town.

Loved everything. Check in was average - could have given me more information about all the facilities which I worked out myself but they could have shared.

In general a very nice resort, beautiful decoration, good restaurants, nice pool, kind staff and a beautiful beach. But when you book for four persons you expect to get a bed or a half double bed for each person on a 5 star resort (unless something else is stated when booking)

I rate the resort 1 because they were not willing to fix the issue by adding an extra bed to our room. After multiples lies about “no more extra beds”, “ fully booked”, “online booking partner not reflecting the availability of extra beds” - although during the full stay multiple rooms for 4 persons were available on booking.com and on their own website…. I gave up. I explained to them, that my review was my only last option to warn others of the issue - only then an extra bed was made available but only the following morning. Advice to the resort. 1) change booking policy - provide beds for everyone in a booking. 2) stop lying to clients

Top quality customer service, rooms and facilities. A true paradise compared to others around.

A few little extras that required money to fully enjoy your stay. Some surrounding restaurants were excellent but the others were just average.

I had the most incredible stay at the New World Hoiana Beach Resort! The service was truly world-class, and every corner of the resort was immaculate. It completely exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway!

extremely impressive. down to the whatsapp messaging and the attentiveness. all the staff are top notch, the area was amazing, serene. i dont even like writing reviews but i will 10000 come back again. all food was amazing.

probably the shuttle back, the timing and signing for the ride back was not too clear.
