Cozy rooms with amazing views and exceptional service. It’s also really near the Sculpture Tunnel so you can add that to your itinerary.

Photogenic villas in beautiful surroundings. Little bonfire set up at our request evening hours and we roasted corn & sweet potatoes and enjoyed them. Li, a female staff who showed us our villa when we checked in, was cheerful, helpful & warm. She deserves a mention for making us feel welcomed when we arrived. The other staff just did their jobs as contracted.

Not much to do within the villa premises - we walked to the nearby farm 250m away and explored the bistro 400m away. We felt that the breakfast buffet was meagre in selection, the breads were stale & dry. Did not feel like waking up to it…which is a problem if you pay almost 7-8 times more to stay at this resort than other more regular da lat accommodations. We also felt uncomfortable because there were signs everywhere stating the price for everything (like guests are constantly reminded not to use or take without paying or for soiling sheets or towels). When we asked for help with our luggage on the morning of checkout, a staff came and instead of helping with the bags, her main focus was opening all the drawers to check if we had snuck any snacks. She also looked over our bed etc. In this day and age, surely our credit card on record would suffice to cover for any accidental consumption of snacks (they cost in cents, literally) or damage to hotel property etc? We were made to feel like we weren’t trusted as guests. Also, it is a quiet resort in the forest but their domestic guests make such ruckus. They talk loudly early mornings and their voices echo through the villa (which, btw, requires sharing of the living room & kitchen - which isn’t stated anywhere before we booked our room. It was fine with us but we would have preferred that information before confirming our booking than when we arrive on site ). The staff were all just following instructions from the management, we imagine. They work hard and do an honest day’s work. But management should rethink how guests are treated. We will not recommend this resort to our friends because we do not the feel the price justifies the food quality, the ambience or the way we felt constantly watched (for petty theft etc). I ordered truffle rice with char siew to be served upon our arrival (they have a butler service where communications are via WhatsApp - which is nifty.

Shower area need to improve. Bathtub is not convenient, especially for elderly.

Such a wonderful stay, the staff are lovely, the kittens are so cute, the architecture in the forest is absolutely sublime

Lovely place in nature. Beautifully landscaped. Very attentive staff. Loved the 3 adorable kittens and 1 puppy

Only 1 restaurant open for dinner and only western meals but setting was again beautiful
