Lovely staff and very clean room

The room was very pleasant, and the rooftop pool was a real highlight. The reception staff, especially Hana, were very nice and welcoming.

Very clean, good views and courteous staff. Location isn’t central, but i enjoyed that it was near the peninsula and in a more local area. With a scooter it’s not an issue.

At times there were no hot water

The hotel was clean and the room was big. Food places walking distance and you can walk to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. Strong Wifi. Highly recommend.

Booking said free shuttle to airport but staff told me I had to pay, maybe update this on booking to avoid confusion. I got a grab which was only about 78K, cheaper than the shuttle anyway 😊

Regular rooms aren't so great, but I highly recommend the apartments. The staff, especially Ms. Dung/Jenny were most helpful. Dung went out of her way to help us with local contacts for tours and travel. Our stay was memorable simply because of her. Please give her a raise!

Unfortunately there was a big cockroach on my last night there. I called the reception and they were responsive enough, but nobody seemed to be alarmed about the situation. A cockroach in a hotel room is a big no-no. The smaller rooms are smelly. From what I understand it's because of the freshly painted wooden lacquer, but they should treat these things more stringently.
