Breakfast was good, decent value for money, good location if you want to stay right in the center of Tam Coc near the bars and restaurants. Staff were quite friendly

Rooms were a bit shabbier than the pictures, the internet wasn't as good as advertised on Booking, no one cleaned our room during our 5 day stay, if you want to experience serene ninh binh this is not the place

De kamers zijn echt fantastisch. Sfeervol en schoon. De homestay heeft een fijn zwembadje waar je lekker kunt liggen zonnen. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt bestaat uit stokbrood met ei of een pannekoek met banaan. Daarnaast serveert men fruit. Op 1 minuut lopen ligt een restaurantjes waar je echt heerlijk en betaalbaar kunt eten.

Als soloreiziger vond ik de afstand naar het centrum te ver voor in de avond. Het is ongeveer 20 tot 30 minuten wandelen. De weg er naar toe is vrij donker.

Very nice homestay with very comfortable rooms. It is just outside the town and we loved that, so much more nature around. You can easily rent a bike or scooter (traffic is easy in the area). The owners are very friendly and also helped us book the bus tickets to our next destination.

The family hosting us were so friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic! Right next to the lake in the centre of Tam Coc. It was very reasonably priced too.
