Above and beyond customer service from start to finish, especially from Chi who arrange for all our needs during the stay and Yen who help us with arranging transport to our next destination. I would recommend this to mu friends coming to Ha Long. My favorite accommodation so far. Will definitely come back for the exceptionally good service and wonderfully comfortable stay.

The hotel is very modern, comfortable and clean. But what is really special was the attention received from the staff. CHRIS and HUYEN really helped making the difference on my stay. I truly recommend.

We like to walk a lot and since the property is on the top of the hill walking back was a little difficult but that's just because I'm lazy. Ha Ha
