Spacious and well equipped. Lovely private pool and public pool too. Food was really good with good variety on the menus at the different restaurants. Staff were willing to move us to a different villa away from the main hub by the play pool to somewhere quieter as didn’t have kids with us which was fantastic.

Beach wasn’t particularly nice. I understand a need for the beach groins to keep the sand in place and protect the shoreline but the large concrete filled bags do nothing for the view. A minor note on an otherwise lovely place to stay

Absolutely amazing stay at Angsana Ho Tram. The accommodation, activities and facilities were all high quality and well considered. I particularly loved getting a new scent and treat placed in our room by housekeeping everyday - all part of the sensory experience emphasised in Angsana. The staff were all warm, attentive and informed. The only drawback is that the area is still being developed, so there’s not much to do outside the resort without booking a day tour.

The big villa with very good facility.

I booked One Bedroom Suite with Private Pool (room 6211) but this is not private cause we had to share the villa with other guest (in the Booking.com did not mention that we have to share the Villa with other guest even they have separate door) and we couldn't enjoy swimming due to other guest looked at us from Balcony on the 1st floor. Even I mentioned in the booking with special request " ROOM NEED TO BE FAR FROM SERVICE AREA AND MUST BE LOCATED IN QUITE AREA", unfortunately, the room was next to the Construction with 'working in progress" on Saturday. Breakfast buffet was ran out of yogurt due to the Chef said that the supplier cannot supply on that day.
