Spotless clean

The room we stay had old mattress, soft and uneven ☹️ this mattress must be replaced (note: I am a petite and slim Asian person)

Great location, room is clean

Staff was very kind, near restaurants and shops

Our room did not have window

I like the location, easy to get a ride and near at almost all that i need in an instant.

Nothing at this booking. I get what i paid for.

Location of hotel is good with many eateries and shops nearby.

Entrance to the hotel is not convenient for seniors and disabled people as one needs to take a flight of stairs to the lobby before taking the lifts to our rooms. Shower water seeped outside onto the dry part as the rubber at the door was old in one of our shower room. If would be better if all rooms are maintained well.
