It was lovely being tucked away and not in the middle of the tourist area. It had everything we needed and the owners are lovely.

Good value for money. Quiet place just outside on Tam Coc/Ninh Binh. Need a motorbike hire to make life easier going to and from. The room done the job for 2 nights Breakfast was lovely. Banh mi and fruit one morning, egg on toast with fruit another; with coffee Lovely family hosts, would recommend for a cheaper place to stay :)

Waited a little while for water to heat up for shower, but we have had this in a couple places across Vietnam so not a big issue

The guest house is a great place to stay ,we really enjoyed our stay ,it’s clean and great customer service .the owner of the guest house is very friendly, the breakfast was amazing ,the owner of guest house invited us to join their a lunch before we leave to Hanoi .they are sweet couple .I will recommend to all my friend to stay here and we definitely will come back here again we rate this guest house 5 star rating .

Quite area and the place is good. The father and daughter owner were super nice in helping us. Soft bed and thick blankets.

The location is 2km away from the center but if u have a motorcycle it won’t be a problem. The toilet has a bad smell.

located very close to tam coc, was quiet and had a cute terrace in the back. bed was good. especially the owner family was so friendly, the girl helped me out a lot when I was feeling sick!! I’m so greatful to her

The staff were extremely accommodating as we arrived by night bus at an awkward time (4am) and they let us stay in our room an extra night and stayed up to let us in. We could use their scooter for a cheap price everyday and the free breakfast was lovely. The price was extremely good for the comfort and friendliness you receive!

We felt uncomfortable that they kept their friendly dog in its cage 24/7 by the rooms. It would have been nice to see him walking around freely rather than locked away all the time.

the rooms were cozy, beds very comfortable and clean! the staff were really friendly and really helpful! breakfast was made fresh for us as we checked out.

the water pressure in the shower was disappointing.

The space is very roomy and the air is so fresh. I like the atmosphere the most as it is tranquil. The owner is cute and friendly. She is always ready to support me. How lovely she is!!!!! I really love that space!!!!
