We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist. A special thank you to our porter, Quang Vinh, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Staff were so friendly, young boy called quang was very sweet and helpful! Beautiful hotel.

Breakfast could have been better with more available too.

The staff are amazing and so attentive. Room with Mountain View’s was a dream to wake up to. Best part is that it is located just outside fanispan cable car. Hotel has free buggy drop off and pickup to the cable car which was a good touch.

The location on top of the mountain if you need to eat you will need to get a taxi. Hotel restaurant not good for halal eating people. Once you get to the bottom of the mountain by the square there are a few halal restraunts. The pool closing time is 7pm. Way too early felt like I had to rush back to make most of the money spent on accommodation and use the pool etc. The free shuttle to city centre last drop off is 4pm. Again way to early as after a long day out you would want to relax shower swim then go out. So there should be later shuttle goign to the city centre.

Proximity to Sunworld Fansipan and just a 10-min drive to town. Staff were great and rooms were nice.

A really good low budget resort. The room was new and nicely decorated. We had very good water pressure in the shower, Staff were very helpful, location was great but I knew that already 😉
