The place is a perfect combination of a walking distance to the beach, a family run business with a lady boss cooking sausages, helpful and kind staff, bars and restaurants at a close distance, a morning coffee place nearby, evening fresh juice and on top of it all a nice massage chair on the middle floor.

I was woken up early a few times and asked the very hard working and kind cleaning lady to come a bit later and she did.

The low cost of the accommodation. The design and decorations of the facilities. The kindness and responsiveness of the staff. The connectivity and lamp above the pillow (to charge the smartphone). The lockers, one big for the back-bag, and one small beside the bed pillow for documents. The location in one of Danang's more varied, best and cheapest food streets. The nearness of the beach or of the city center, train station etc., with moto Grab. The possibility to have very affordable sushis/makis in the in-house Jap food restaurant.

The darkness of the dorm, as using my smartphone's or the bed's lamp was not very comfortable. The fact that some customers leave their belongings (including an underwear…) or flush the toilet in the common bathroom. The difficulty to seat outside the room to put in order my bag. I had to go downstairs at the lobby7 restaurant room. The staff not speaking in English, having to use translation applications, and not anticipating or guessing my obvious questions as a guest. The fact that they do not leave an invoice, and I left with a doubt whether after paying in cash, booking.com would debit my Visa card. The swimming pool in the lobby, strange beacuse it seems to be more a decoration than a place to swim (and I didn't see any guest doing so). I could not use the small bed locker because when booking, I was not encouraged to bring a padlock. NB: I did not appreciate the fact that your booking system does not adapt to the situation. When I made the reservation for two nights from Aug 17th to 19th, I made a mistake and booked for 18th to 19th. Then I had to do another reservation, for 17th to 18th, the system not allowing me to complete in the first booking. Then it was a nightmare, as Sphuot's staff did not understand I was staying two nights. On the 18th in the morning, before leaving at 8.30am for an urgent meeting, I tried to pay for the second night, but the employee present told me through his smartphone translating application that I had to wait for his colleagues. I could not, and the problem is that for the rest of the day, I received mails saying that I had checked out, without being specified if my booking for the following night was taken into account. It was a bit stressful, silly and time consuming... PS: I see that that this survey is for the 18th to 19th Aug stay only. Why does your system keep ignoring that I stayed from 17th to 19th??? It should automatically merge two reservations by one unique customer on two consecutive night!

Location is in a cool area with many places to eat, a supermarket and just 5 min from a big main road and 10 min to the beach.

24 beds and only 2 rooms with a combo toilet and shower. No curtains, sothe toilet was soaking wet after someone showered.
