Das Hotel ist fast neu. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es nur solche Hotels, die in Reihe und Glied stehen. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und hat uns in einer schwierigen Situation geholfen, ohne diese Hilfe, wäre unser Ausflug in die Bucht ausgefallen. Auch könnten wir ohne Probleme einen Roller leihen zu fairen Preisen. Auch sind die Touren und die Transport Möglichkeiten, die das Hotel anbietet, zu fairen Preisen, zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich.

Das Hotel ist etwas hellhörig. Wenn die Hotelgäste im Flur sich nicht benehmen können, bekommt man das sehr genau mit.

The best so far in Halong Bay, rooms are so clean and with complete facilities. Very calm and relaxing location far from noisy cars and motorcycles. The staff are you friendly, attentive and can speak very good English that makes as so easy to communicate. This hotel will be our official place to stay. We stayed every week. Price are so reasonable too with free breakfast in the morning. Thank you so much Yen Residence
