Ruby Star Hotel Da Nang

クーラーから臭い匂いがしました。 朝ご飯は、美味しくなかった。 夜中、クラブの音楽が聞こえてうるさかったです。

the hotel is in a very good area and the staffs they go beyond and above to make our holidays special thanks very much to all the staffs at ruby hotel if we b are back in da nang we would not hestitate to book this hotel again it’s pretty close to the beach

It was very close to the beach. The grocery store was downstairs with restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, as were the cooks and servers. The reception staff Gnart, David, Lani, Nelly and others, were friendly and helpful and very professional. We would stay again.

Its staff was helpfull

Very nice, clean, friendly staff, perfect location. My only complaint is that the bed was very uncomfortable. I don’t recommend purchasing the breakfast either.

Very nice hotel for the price, great location, 5 minutes walk to the Beach. The Staff was so helpful and professional, bed was a little hard and due to no door or curtain in the shower water escaped throughout the bathroom..

The staff at the hotel were wonderful. Very attentive to our needs. Greeted us with a smile and umbrella (lots of rain) when entering or exiting for transfers. I would recommend this hotel!
