Ks ở hơi xa trung tâm,nếu di chuyển phải đi xe điện hoặc đặt xe công nghệ. Phòng nhỏ xinh,đèn phòng hơi tối, cống hơi mùi,nền nvs thiết kế chưa chuẩn nên hay bị đọng nước nên bị ướt át,lâu khô.
