Staff: Considerate and well equipped to handle their job. Check-In/Out: Convenient and smooth. Rooms: Comfortable bed, functioning air conditioner, properly equipped room, and good bathroom. Location: Off the main streets, so no real road traffic noise. It's in a bit of a wind tunnel, so even though it's the beginning of summer, the windows howl a bit like the midst of a European winter storm. Anyways, real windy city. Parking: Comfortable open lot right next to the building for cars, and underground parking for bikes.

The hotel attracts Vietnamese tour groups, and that's to be expected for such a bargain. It's not the hotel's fault that the guests loiter and make excess noise at what most know to be "quiet hours". Just be aware, because the hotel is such high value, the breakfast is dialed in to match and is not akin to western expectations. For example, on this morning's menu: egg drop soup, chicken curry, stir fried beans, roasted veg (sweet potato, carrots, etc...), watermelon, some local cured meats, some local rice products, an omelet station, and a few other things. There was nothing wrong with the quality, it's just that foreign guests should adjust their expectations.

I like the space here, the room is clean, comfortable services, extremely friendly staff. This is the ideal place to rest.

I stayed here for 2 nights. First of all, don’t expect too much considering the price. The room was just okay, although I hope the shower room can be improved. All facilities are worn out and tired but still at an acceptable level. There was no room cleaning during my stay, and I’m not sure why. The WiFi was not very fast, but it was still at an acceptable level. On the positive side, all basic amenities were provided, which was good. The breakfast buffet didn’t have many options. However, a cook served local noodles and fried eggs, which were good. They offer a convenient laundry service at an affordable price (not free of charge), but the clothes had a slight damp smell. If your room is assigned on the 1st floor near the lobby, it might be noisy due to people waiting there. Also, be aware that the pinned location on the Expedia map is not correct. It’s better to follow the address rather than the map by Expedia. Overall, considering the price, it's still good enough for a short stay, but, don’t expect too much.
