La Charm Hoi An Hotel - Peaceful Boutique In Old Town

Staffs are friendly and super helpfull. After La Charm, we moved to bigger hotel near the beach but services are under La Charm and we miss all ftaff attitude at La Charm

I would prefer the curtain in our bath room should be longer, please fix it ang improve your coffee more and you will not have competitor in HoiAn

Oteldeki çalısanlar cok ilgiliydi 1 gün erken çıkmamıza rağmen bizden son günün parasını almadılar. Turlar için de çok güzel yönlendirdiler. Her istediğimizi zamanında karşıladılar. Bunun yanı sıra çok kibarlar.

Our stay at La Charm Hotel Hoi An was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and genuine attention to detail. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after exploring Hoi An. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of both local Vietnamese dishes and international options. The pool area was peaceful and well maintained, making it a great spot to unwind. One of the things we appreciated most was the hotel's location—close enough to Hoi An Ancient Town to be convenient, yet far enough away to enjoy a quiet and restful atmosphere. The staff were always happy to help with recommendations, transportation, and any questions we had. If you're looking for a hotel that combines comfort, value, outstanding service, and authentic Vietnamese hospitality, I highly recommend La Charm Hotel Hoi An. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Vietnam!

We absolutely loved this place! What you see in the photos is what you can expect. As soon as we arrived the doorman was already at our taxi door helping us with our luggage, these same men greeted us so happily every single time we came and left the hotel. There were free bikes to use to see the town. The breakfast was great!! This stay was part of our honeymoon trip which we didn’t state when booking, however as soon as the staff found out they quickly set our room up with flower petals and balloons in our room!! We would definitely stay here again!

Loved everything, staff fantastic and facilities. Excellent location, easy walk to market place and shops. Hotel staff organised two wonderful tours, Great breakfast too. Thank you for an enjoyable experience.
