AUI Hotel 38 Máy Tơ

For the price this was excellent value for money. Exceeded my expectations. Great for a stopover en route to Cat Ba Island.

The staffs are nice. There are plenty of parking space for car. The room was reasonably clean

There is a big karaoke place next to the hotel. The sound proof was terrible. I could hear the music super loudly until 1am.

The staff is friendly and supportive. Fast check-in.

The address is a bit confused since there is 2 location named "38 may to"

centrally located to business and park areas

lack of communication with the staff but we have found this to be common in hotels outside of the major centers of Vietnam

The whole staff provided exceptional service during my stay at Aui Hotel. They were always able to accommodate my needs. The best part is when they would direct me to the best restaurants to eat in the city. I highly recommended everyone to book a stay here, you won’t be disappointed!
