Big clean numbers, comfortable bed and linen. Very good and clean bathroom with fresh refurbishment. Hot water is not from small water heater inside number, but potentially from big central one, so no problem to take a shower 2-3 person one after another. Very close to historic center and night market, but the street is not noisy. You can find a place to eat near down buy the street and spa\massage if needed. Hosts are very friendly and trying to do their best to organize you stay. Small place with table and chairs outside to seat with a bottle of vine and fruits. Opportunity to leave luggage after check-out. As far as I remember there also was a possibility to order breakfast (beef\chicken noodles lower then outside, but we did'nt use it.

There were a repair works in the neighboring building. We stayed for 2 nights - 1st night the repair works started approx. at 8 am, when we were already wake up (bcs it was weekend) and repair works were localized somewhere in one place. The next day they've started at 7 am or earlier, the the repair works were total ( a team of 12-26 workers, all the the neighboring building, very loud - so there was no opportunity to sleep as we planned a little bit longer. There's still a huge amount of works to do (potentially for 2-3 month min). Need to take it into consideration, if you want to sleep in the morning. The host can communicate in English written - to clarify some question in advance (arrival time, luggage issues, etc.) but very few of them ready to communicate orally, so be ready to use on-line interpreter to Vietnamese from your own (or English) language to communicate in person.

We stayed here for 1 night and it was a very pleasant stay. Rooms were very clean, and family was really helpful. The location is best in all aspects. would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An. Thanks for making my stay so fantabulous.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had a little balcony. It's ideally located, close to the center but in a quiet street.

We had an excellent stay here, rooms are lovely and clean, nice hot shower and comfy bed. Lovely family, so warm, helpful and knowledgeable. Steps away from the old town but can rent a bike also, thank you for a great stay!☺️

We were provided with fruit on arrival which was lovely. Our rooms and bathrooms we’re extremely clean. The triple room with balcony was so spacious although it was too hot to be on the balcony. Room had aircon, fridge, TV and hairdryer. Kettle if requested. Iron and iron board for use downstairs. Guests are requested to take their shoes off at the main entrance. Slippers are provided to walk to and from your room. Friendly helpful staff who advised me the hotel is only one year old. Breakfast is available at a cost. Daily housekeeping. Hotel is near night market. We rented bicycles from the hotel for 30k each a day. However they were not so new. You can ride all the way to An Bang beach. Other parts of Hoi An is walkable and I believe Grab is available. Hotel offers tours. Hotel arranged for 7 seater car to Danang airport for 350k. Hotel laundry service is 30k per kg. We used and recommend Mr B tattoo across the alley if you’re looking for one. Boat ride on the river is 200k for 4 people. About 20 minutes which takes you up and down the river. The lanterns are extra and sold by the ladies along the river and I believe also available for purchase on the boat. Our boat driver took some excellent photos for us. We did it at night when everything is lit up. Our stay was very nice and the staff is very kind. Our homestay was 5min away from the old town, the river and the night market.There are so many mini marts nearby. You can rent a bike to get to the coconut boats (like 20min ride) and discover Hoi An.
