Es war grauenvoll!!! Finger weg von dieser Unterkunft - Lebensgefährlich! Das komplette Zimmer schimmelt von oben bis unten, selbst Kissen und Vorhang sind extrem befallen. Die Bilder auf booking stimmen überhaupt nicht mit der Realität überein! Alles ist total heruntergekommen, vernachlässigt und dreckig!

Moment van vertrek

De kamer zat vol met schimmel en is slecht schoon gemaakt. Verwachting van de kamer klopt niet met de realiteit. Zwembad is gevaarlijk, de roosters ontbreken. Personeel is ongeïnteresseerd, niet de vriendelijkheid die we gewend zijn van Vietnam.

Very disappointing experience. I had a bad experience staying at this hotel because I felt they were trying to take financial advantage of me as a tourist. First, the payment did not go through online as expected, and I was forced to pay again at check-in. On top of that, they charged me more money than the price shown on the website in USD, without a clear explanation. When I asked to pay by card, the staff member tried to charge a 14% surcharge, which is completely unreasonable, as card surcharges are normally around 3–4%. After arguing, they still ended up charging me around 10% extra. To make things worse, the person at reception did not speak English at all and had to translate everything using a phone translator, which made the situation even more frustrating and unprofessional. For all tourists considering staying at this hotel: be very careful and do not let them take advantage of you or your money.

Lokalizacja z dala od głównych ulic. Wielkość pokoju.

W całym hotelu czuć było pleśń! Było to bardzo uciążliwe. Brak możliwości kupienia śniadania. Hotel zniszczony.
